Incoming Inspection

Pre-welded modules, BMS boards, and structural components received and verified to spec. Class 9 hazmat receiving.

BMS Controller Box Build

Controller board assembly, enclosure integration, connector work, and cable harness and busbar builds — for system integrators and BMS designers who need a partner for the physical build.

Pack Assembly & Integration

Module-to-pack assembly for utility/grid-scale, commercial/industrial, and residential ESS programs — pre-welded modules in; BMS, thermal management (including liquid-cooling loops), wiring harnesses, busbars, and enclosure/rack integrated into finished packs under one roof, with torqued, traceable joints. Cell-to-module welding is performed by your cell supplier or a partner specialist; we take it from there.

Testing & Validation

Electrical test, charge/discharge cycling, and thermal validation. Full documentation for traceability and regulatory filings.

Warehousing & Class 9 Logistics

Domestic storage and Class 9 shipping to deployment sites or distribution channels. 12 truck wells sized for battery pack freight.

Reverse Logistics & Refurbishment
