We register on your supplier portal, work from your supplier quality manual, and run first articles against your acceptance criteria. Pre-production builds validate the process before you commit volume.

Enclosure integration, wiring, and final assembly for PDU, STS, UPS, switchgear, and CDU controllers — built to your documentation and approved vendor list, with lot traceability on every unit.

Sensor, Harness & Leak-Detection Assembly

Flow and temperature sensor assemblies, leak-detection harnesses, and matched cable kits — built in ISO Class 6 and Class 7 cleanroom space when the specification calls for it.

Test & Documentation

Functional and electrical test to your procedure, dielectric and hi-pot where required, with per-unit records that feed your UL and IEC documentation packages. You hold the listing; we build to the listed design and prove it.

Consigned Inventory & Staged Release

Buffer stock and consigned component inventory held in our same-facility 3PL warehouse, kitted and released against your build schedule. 12 truck wells for inbound components and outbound assemblies.

Depot Repair for Field Returns

Failed controllers, PDU and UPS monitoring modules, and CDU electronics route to our depot for component-level diagnosis, repair, and return — with root-cause data fed back to your engineering team.
