Lotus operates an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System covering the full Canton, Michigan, USA facility. Its scope is waste reduction, energy conservation, and regulatory compliance, and it is independently audited and continuously maintained.

Recycling initiatives and energy reduction programs run under that system, and carbon footprint targets are reviewed annually.

Keeping Products in Service

Returned products route to repair, refurbishment, recovery, or responsible disposal based on their condition and your business rules. Our depot has completed more than 100,000 TV repair cycles and refurbished more than 50,000 rideshare scooters.

    Return authorization, intake, and disposition, end to end.

  2. Remanufacturing

    Root cause analysis, rebuild, and test, so products ship factory-remanufactured and ready for resale.

  3. Redistribution

    Refurbished inventory flows back to your sales channels through our warehousing and fulfillment operation.

  4. Responsible End-of-Life Disposal

    When a product or component can't be recovered, batteries, electronics, plastics, and metal are separated and sent to R2-certified recycling partners, under ISO 14001 and with reporting you can share with stakeholders.
